Female roommate, Kelly, gets served eviction papers by allergic homeowner after she sneakily adopts German Shepherd from shelter despite living in a "no pets allowed" condo: 'This wasn't a surprise rule I made up'

Some people aren't dog people, and we feel bad that they'll never experience the love of a doggo, but that's their right. Some people dislike their fur getting everywhere, others are allergic, and still others consider it too high-maintenance. It's hard to convince a non-dog person to become a dog lover, and it certainly didn't work for this entitled roommate who thought she could convince her horribly allergic landlord and roommate to accept the dog she adopted on a whim, despite knowing that no pets are allowed in their condo. 

She came home one day with an untrained German Shepherd that she bonded with at a shelter, and just hoped for the best. Her friend and owner of the condo she lives in tried to be accommodating. She gave her a lot more leniency than we would have in her position. She waited patiently while the doggo barked all day, tore up some of her shoes, and scratched up her wood floors. She's also taking Benadryl daily in order to deal with the dog's hair. If you've ever taken Benadryl before, you know how sleepy it makes you, so it's a wonder she's able to get anything done at all. 

But at this point, she's had enough, and it's time to tell her to get rid of the pup or move out. Kelly called her cruel; we call it fair.
